Hello Everyone.
Is there a limit of the length of the backup medium location of 64 bytes?
I tried to create a medium with the location:
C:\Programme\TESTTEST\sapdb\backup\TESTTEST_TEST_A_20041110.1259
and it failed with the error:
ERROR: <DBMException -24988 ERR_SQL sql error
-8004,Constant must be compatible with column type and length>
at
com.sap.dbtech.powertoys.DBMException.create(DBMException.java:94)
If I shorten the location it works.
Is there anything I can do to increase the possible string length?
Oh...I'm using 7.4.3.32 on a Win2K machine.
