Hello Alex, ... Calling Backint for Oracle at 2004-12-03 09:27:55. Backint for Oracle has ended at 2004-12-03 09:27:55. Backint for Oracle output: Backint for Oracle output: C:\SAPDB\DEPEND>C:\perl\bin\perl.exe C:\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\TST\backup\backint_OB\wrapper.pl -u TST -f backup -t file -p C:\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\TST\backup\backint_SAPDB\backintparam.utl -i C:\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\TST\backup\backint_OB\backint4Oracle.in -c Backint for Oracle output: Backint for Oracle error output: Finished the backup unsuccessfully. ...
So Backint for SAP DB created the first temporary file and tried to back it up using Backint for Oracle (C:\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\TST\backup\backint_OB\backint.cmd). But this only resulted in a perl-call for a wrapper.pl script. It did especially not answer in the format of Backint for Oracle ( a line starting with #SAVED, #ERROR, etc. is missing). Therefore Backint for SAP DB said the backup is over, the pipe was closed and the database kernel reported an incomplete backup. Please test your Backint for Oracle manually. It should be able to backup a file correctly.
