Maybe someone else could look into this problem and see if theres some way to resolve it? I'm guessing theres some kind of conflict in libraries or something thats being triggered but I don't understand it enough to know how to fix it.

Hi,
I am trying to install maxdb7_5_00_19 on my Windows 2000 machine (with fp 4). When I typed SDBINST.exe on the command line, the command didn't return, but nothing happened. When I clicked on SDBINST.exe on windows explore, the hour glass run for a little while, then it disappeared and nothing else happened. I was able to successfully install the same version on my Windows XP machine, but I had this problem on Windows 2000. Did anyone else have the same problem? Anybody have any remedy for it?
Thanks in advance for your help! Lillian
