I have to apologize to the members of the list for the noise I've done the
last time.
My problems are nearly all gone. The whole issue was a compiler error. When
using Sun Studio 9 the system did some nice calculation:
74440/1861 = 4
this was the main error. I now installed a trial version of Studio 8
Compiler Collection, rebuilt and it worked immediately.
