I'm still trying to load the system tables of the built version without luck
:(
Creating an instance leads to the syptom described earlier, I now managed to
recover a database via Networker, the DB is warm. However loading the system
table always gives me "WRONG DOMAIN PASSWORD".
I deleted the .upc-files, connected with -s and tried to load again.
I'm now getting exactly the same error message as when I try to create the
DB from scratch:

I can logon fine with SQLStudio and DBMGui, but not with sqlcli, this look
