Hello, I'm trying to install maxdb gui 7.5.00.18 on windows xp service pack 2.I've done a successful install on a machine running xp pro, but can't get it to work on one with xp home.Error "unexpected error occured" is raised during registration of dlls when the installation attempts to run the following files:dbmgui3.exedbmwba3.exedbmwco3.exedbmwin3.exedbmwmn3.esedbmwre3.exethen at the end of the installation I get a pop up with the message that file comct332.ocx failed to self-register/unregister. When I use regsvr32 to manually register/unregister this file I get the error "DllRegisterServer in comct332.ocx failed, Return code was: 0x80004005".I can successfully register other ocx files, so I have the correct authoristations. I checked the version of the comct332.ocx file and it is the same as the xp pro machine where I installed the software successfully first time. I even copied the file from the xp pro machine to the xp home machine - but no luck still.Any suggestions? Cathy
