Regarding the problem with white spaces around the "=" within the odbc.ini file: the thing is fixed in the releases 7.5.00 build 25 ff and 7.6.00 build 07 ff. Older releases are not concerned. FYI, in 7.5.00 the access to the ini-files was changed. Since we don't use ini-files containing blanks we didn't notice the problem.
