Hi all;
Unfortunatly I've to re-open this issue. We were installing MaxDB 7.5.00.24
on yet another Windows XP SP2 machine, this time a plain vanilla machine
with no RAID controller, actually almost excact replica of the last one.
And we get this error again, i.e. "-24100 Could not set DB state to
'Admin'", after creating the first instance with the DM GUI. And in the
Database Manager Protocol diagnosis file, it says:
2005-03-15 14:18:24 0x0000013c ERR -24961 DBM ERR_STATE: cannot
determine current db state
0x0000013c ERR 1 DBM unexpected dbstate 0
This time we don't have any
Does anyone have any clue about what might be the case here?
