transplant project from sqlserver to maxdb

Now,i have a project.It's dbms is sqlserver.Now ,i want to transplant the 
dbms to maxdb.

I need the document of  the compatibility for sqlserver and maxdb.The 
important information is the compatibility of sql statement.If there are 
congener document about oracle is better.
