Hello Frank,

Option -uSQL is definitely not the right type of connection, it opens a
sql session that will not be used by the backup commands.

According to the online documentation
(http://dev.mysql.com/doc/maxdb/en/1b/00b5d345ba11d4aa1100a0c9430730/fra
meset.htm) you should use -uDBS, unfortunately it is not implemented yet
:(. The next version of the documentation will therefore document the
-uUTL again.

So DBMCLI option -uUTL is currently the only option you can use to
create a session usable for backup.

Best regards,

So, I should better change to use the -uSQL option in the backup script?

kind regards
