As written in the knldiag (and even in your mail): Please check the critical database parameters These are MAXUSERTASKS, MAXSERVERTASKS, CACHE_SIZE and TRACE_PAGES_... Did you try to DEcrease at least one of them to DEcrease the amount of memory needed? How much memory is available on your machine, which OS are you using and how do (at least these parameters mentioned) look like?
