I have read that livecache can be backed up to tape using external tools. We use Netbackup for our SAP backups; and I was wondering how to go about finding out if we can use Netbackup to backup liveCache. It looks like the two choices that may work with our existing SAP backup solution are 'Backint for Oracle' or 'Backint for SAPDB'. Does anyone use this combination of tools? Does anyone know if additional netbackup licensing would be required? Also, can these tools backup (and delete) the logs similar to how saparch is handled?
