1) 7.5 runs with glibc 2.2.5, and 7.6 with glibc 2.3.3. Most Linux distributions
   which run 2.3.3 offer glibc compatibility packages to run applications which
   need older glibc versions. Refer to the Documentation of your distribution.
   Note that it may be necessary to start the 7.5 webtools from an environment
   where LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.1 . Search the Maxdb mailing list for more 
information about
   the Linuxthread vs NPTL issue.

2) websql will resurface in the next 7.6 release. It depends no longer on 
   the proprietary web server then. Instead we will deliver it as web 
application
   in a .war to be deployed in a jsp container.
