Hello Listmembers,

the extended DB-paramter DEADLOCK_DETECTION configures the searchdepth of
the DBMS for deadlocks. The value ranges from 0 to 1000 at which 0 means
disabling the systems deadlock-detection.

My question is, how I can interprete the searchdepth? It would be very if
someone can explain this detail please.

I think that I do not understand it, as I have no idea on how the DBMS is
searching for deadlocks in general. If there are websites who explain it,
please post me links, so I can read (and hopefully understand) it by myself.

Thanks for help and comments!

Regards
