Hi All,
thanks to all for all the hints ... but ... sorry I wasn't successfull
to get MAXDB 7.6 running on SuSE 10.0 on a 32 bit machine.
The user SDB is created and there is a group SDBA ...
In the meantime I tried to disable PAM usage via PAM=NOT_USED in file
/etc/opt/sdb.
I still get error as you could see in the log below:

I installed really all PAM modules and assume in the meantime, that
maxdb can't find the modules?
Any help is very welcome!
