Hi there, it's no possible to reset the SAP* password. The only thing you can 
do is to delete the user from the table. Then, the SAP* password will be 
"pass". You can do this:

select MANDT, BNAME from sap<schema-id>.usr02 where bname='SAP*'

Here you can see all the entries for SAP*, then you can delete the record. 
After you delete the record you can log on in the client with user: SAP*, 
password= pass
