I have installed maxdb on fedora core 3 without problems, but I would like to install it on my laptop which hav have fedora core 4 installed. When I try to install with SDBSETUP it shows the following error
MaxDB Installer Runtime Error: perl compilation error (loading SAPDB::Install::App::StartSetup): cannot load wxWidgets properly: Can't load '/opt/sdb/programs/bin/./../install/Wx.so' for module Wx: libstdc++.so.5: no se puede abrir el fichero del objeto compartido: No existe el fichero o el directorio at DynaLoader.pm line 230. at SDB::Common::Require.pm line 87 BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at SDB/Wx/Splash.pm line 26. BEGIN failed--compilation aborted at SAPDB/Install/App/StartSetup.pm line 13 it seems that it needs an older glibc++ package than the one included on fedora core 4. What can I do to solve this?
