Hello Jörg, 1.) External snapshots can/should not be included in the backup history. 2.) Bring database into mode OFFLINE, restore the snapshot of your data volumes using NetApp tools, bring database into mode ADMIN and restore any log backups you have and that are needed using MaxDB tools.
