Your assumption seems to be correct. The value MAXUSERTASKS was below
the one defined in our pool of database connections.

What does it mean? Our version is 7.5.0 Build 015-000-000-000.
Did you run out of tasks? Check the value of the parameter MAXUSERTASKS.
