I was working on a sql studio like java tool, swing based, but stop development
because I
was alone, and I had too much projects to work on to gain my day-by-day money.
That time I
had to analyze and fix several JDBC bugs to get some features (like in-table
editing)
working.

After 3 years, I decided MaxDB is not so good to continue putting my attention,
and got out.
MaxDB it self has some bugs I reported about 2 years (or more) ago, and JDBC -
puh, has
lot's of memory leaks.

If you like, go to sapforge.sourceforge.net and get sources from CVS. There is
a query
executor (with in-table editing and automatic transaction management), a view
editor and a
procedure editor (all very simples - but they work). The structure of the
application was
fairly easy to understand, and is based on JTree & Actions - following KISS
rule.
