Hi
were using SAPDB 7.3.00.24 on Linux 32 Bit.
We have 2 small DBs on thsi server (about 200 MB each) and a larger one
(about 4-5 GB).
Till yesterday creating a backup of the databases was no problem. The
backup of the 2 small ones still works, bute teh backup of the larger
one brings the following results:
If I try it via Database Manager: -24988 sql error [backup_save "data"
DATA MIGRATION]; -903,Host file I/O error

The backup error occurs within a few seconds after the start of the backup.
The Backup file gets opened but due to the error it is just 65536 bytes
large
Due to my internet search there are similar problems that seem to be
connected to a resource problem, but I can't see a problem locally.
Also free disk space should be no problem as I also tried to use a
different backup file on another partition.
regards Manuel
