hi, I have a debian sarge installation working, with kernel 2.6.12.6-686 smp. MaxDb 7.5.00.26 is installed, and when i want to start x_server, i get the message :
" x_server: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++-libc6.2-2.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory " ok, i searched then the libs libstdc++ and libc6. libstdc++5 (version 1:3.3.5-13) is installed libc6 (version 2.3.3.ds1) is installed I tried to install libstdc++2.10-glibc2.2, and get then message : " en950_GetProgramExecPath failed: OS_ERROR 0: No system errortext for ERRNO 0 RTE_ERROR 1: Open Registry: No such file or directoryIndepPrograms " I also compared on another machine where MaxDb is running, and haven't found what to install. This machine was upgraded from woody and is up more than years (have a lot of things installed). I tried too on another fresh installed machine, and get the same problem.
