Now, I didn't try to change config variables. In the latest 7.6.00.32 we found two issues. This one of them. If I could solve this problem then there is other one. http://lists.mysql.com/maxdb/27574. It is true for 7.6.00.27 and 7.6.00.32. Now we are using 7.6.00.16. For us it is stable. It dosn't have these issues.

Did you try different settings for the config variable that controls join execution (can't remember the name ATM). We could resolve some issues in the past by changing it. HTH Kind regards robert
