[Mayan EDMS: 330] Removing favicon after uninstall

Hi

I have the odd problem that my apache2 install is now using the Mayan 
favicon for all locally served pages after uninstalling Mayan.  I can't 
find where the Mayan favicon has been installed to remove it - any 
suggestions?
