Hi Nate,

I created the file by hand using just the VirtualBox GUI as MGInstruct told
me. I just installed Ubuntu server 12.10, Mayan and the binaries, and when
everything was running well, selected "Export appliance" from File menu,
filled out some fields and got an .ova file with everything in it (the
appliance setting and the disk image).
