Hi Dominik, The notion of folder in Mayan EDMS is user specific. Each user can have a different folder, and it does'nt affect the folder structure created by others.
In your case, I think you just need to create a metadata to differentiate each project, so all documents in a project has that particular metadata value. And you search with that metadata value to get all the documents for a project.
