Hi Alex,

We are still moving things around and the Fabric file is not usable without
prior Fabric knowledge. The goal of all these changes is to finally be
able to submit Mayan EDMS to PyPI and have it being installable with just a
simple:

pip install mayan

we are close but still not there, bear with us a little more.
