The message "Unable to acquire lock" means two excluding operations tried to work on the same object. It is not entire bad depending on the action (like network packet collisions), if it was document index update (by looking at the URL you provided) the task will retry in a while. If the error is constant and halts the program it could be a DB issue, common when using SQLite. I'm glad you fixed. Yes the guide provided by Jonathon Exley is very good! :)
