Hi guys, I have about 20 000 documents from our old installation of Mayan that need acls to be set for them. Doing it document by document is gonna be a nightmare but its absolutely necessary. I would like to create folders for each department and put each departments archives in their respective folders and only allow users in that departmental group to see the folder and its contents without going document by document editing their acls.. Does anybody have a clue as to how I can achieve such in Mayan? I am at a loss after some extensive test cases. It would also allow us to use Mayan as a current document repository as well, not just an archiving software. Per document processing time would also be reduced because when I assign a document to a folder, automatically, only the holders of that folder can access it.
