Hi, The current version supports only Django 1.6 and it is a big step up to support Django 1.7 as many things changed (migrations, AppConfig, transactions), several hundred patches were required to make the upgrade. The development version (scheduled for release next month) supports Django 1.7 and should support Django 1.8 with little changes. If Django 1.8 is imperative for you I suggest you wait just a few more weeks and the work you will need to do will be minimal.
