I'm trying to setup Mayan so that multiple teams/groups can work
separately, and not interfere with each others uploads and folders.

Here's an example scenario:
- I have two teams (Team A, Team B)
- I have four users; 2 in Team A, and 2 in Team B
- One user from each team will act as a Team Lead, with some elevated
permission to add future users to the group, create folders/indexes, edit
ACLs, permissions, etc
- Each team will upload documents that do not concern the other team, and
should not be changed in any way by the other team; preferably not
view-able by the other team

Indexes seem powerful, but based on the documentation and some posts here,
I still haven't understood how to use them to "hierarchically organize
documents". If anyone could explain those, or point me to documentation
that would be awesome :)

I've been able to create groups and roles to achieve *some* of the first 3
items of the above with folders, groups, and roles, but am struggling with
a few things. I've also seen some posts here that suggest this is not
possible with just folders and permissions.

Has anyone else been successful in setting up a scenario explained above?
Let me know if more details are needed!
