Version 2.1.10 is available via PyPI ( https://pypi.python.org/pypi/mayan-edms/2.1.10)
Version 2.1.10 and 2.1.9 are micro release that don't differ from version 2.1.8 and happened due to some issues uploading to the Python Package Index. The Python Package Index doesn't allow re-uploading a file for an existing release and forces a version increase.
