Currently experimenting with updating the indexes based on workflow state 
changes. If this experimental code works it will be expanded for tags too. 
It is too early to tell but target for this is version 3.0. Versions 2.x 
are now in maintenance mode and no major features will be added to these 
only bug fixes, security fixes and minor features.
