I asked Roberto about the Demo before, he had to shut it down due to cost reasons. Maybe someone with some free resources on a VPS or a Raspberry PI with a static IP could volunteer to set up a new demo? When the database is in ephemeral Docker storage and the container gets re-created periodically it should be almost no effort to provide a sandbox-like demo environment. I don't have the time currently maybe I can manage to do it after next week.
