Hi,
I'm using mayavi2 rev. 9097 on linux, wxPython 2.6.3.3 and sometimes it happens
that the control panel of the 'Modules' node of the tree is empty. In fact it
seems like that the controls are all displayed in a very area in the left top
corner, so this seems to be a sizer problem. I've attached a screenshot.
