Yes, it does (except the wxPython2.7/2.8 part). Here are instructions

I think the wxPython VTK widget needs to be cleaned up. It still uses
the deprecated wxPython.wx API. I don't have the time to do a full
cleanup. IIRC, Charl Botha said he'd take a stab at it when he gets
the chance.
