Under win32 you can use Enthought's enstaller which lets you manage
all packages individually using eggs. The eggs are usable and
available today. Look here:

You may install the eggs using easy installer if you choose to. IIRC,
enstaller is still alpha but they do need help with testing and
possibly development. I don't use the eggs and win32 so you should
really ask on [EMAIL PROTECTED] The folks there would
be happy to help make life easier and are actively working towards
that. Please help them help you. :-)
