I am not sure what exactly your problem is. If you want to store
boundary condition information for each cell of your mesh then one
approach would be to add a new scalar to your dataset called
boundary_condition or BC and give it different values depending on the
nature of the condition. The trouble is you'd need to specify this
data for every cell (or point) in your data. An alternative would be
to create a separate dataset containing this information with just the
boundary cells/points.
