Well, this is a design decision to ignore the LUT specification in the
dataset.  I can't recall why I did it -- it was a long time ago.  So
MayaVi will ignore any LUT specified in the dataset and only use its
own defaults.  If you want to load your LUT then your best bet is to
create a LUT file (just copy over the LUT stuff to a separate file)
and have the module manager use that lut instead.
