Thanks Jaap for the kind words and concern.  No worries though, I did 
not take offence at all to William's request.

Actually, VTK has a nice multi-block example .vtm file that I have 
access to.  So just filing a ticket would help us remember that this 
needs doing eventually.

Addressing me as Prabhu is fine.  If you really want to specify a title, 
they address me as Prof. Prabhu or Ramachandran inside IITB, Dr. is also 
fine.
