Looks like the perspective is messed up. This can happen.  To fix this, 
go to View->Perspectives->Reset Perspective.  See if that gives you the 
panes.  If this works, then the other views are really there, only 
resized to zero.  You can drag the handles around to get back the usual 
layout.
