Hi,
I supsect that you need to tweek the numerical values related to the
intensity. For the iso surface, that would be tweeking the contours value
(and maybe adding one). For the volume rendering, that would be adjusting
the opacity transfert function (in the volume properties tab, don't
forget to click on 'update').
