Yeay, someone from the fMRIB using Mayavi! Welcome. At some point, in the
distant future, if you use Mayavi a lot for the brain, I would love to
get together at some point to see how you are using Mayavi with brain
data and if we can share tricks.

I remember fighting with that problem once... I am actually not terribly
good with VTK.

However, I don't rememeber the solution out of the top of my head, and I
can't reproduce the problem right now. Could you give me a bit more
details on how you are registering the callback or the picker?
