Hello everyone,

I'm trying to save a figure with "Text" on it. ( in "pdf" format )

--I find that if it's saved in "pdf" format, the "text" is a white square.
Do I miss setting something before saving ?
--"png" and "ps" both work, while I prefer the "pdf" figures.
I'm using these figures with LaTeX. It seems that the output is the best
in the "pdf" figure case.

--It seems that this has been discussed several times ( according to
this<http://enthought-dev.117412.n3.nabble.com/template/NamlServlet.jtp?macro=search_page&node=117412&query=mayavi+save+pdf>and
this
<http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=395387>. )
Will we do any improvement in further in this aspect?

--Any solutions ? suggestions ?
We still should use a "png" format ?
( I also find that when we change "Magnification" option to a bigger number
the image resolution increase,
but the color becomes lighter ! ( in "png" format ) )

Thanks in advance !
Hongying
