I am visualizing many curves by following the example here:
http://code.enthought.com/projects/mayavi/docs/development/html/mayavi
/auto/example_plotting_many_lines.html.
Is it possible to interactively select curves according to a 3D image ROI?
That is, we draw ROI with mouse on each slice of the 3D image volume,
and then we leave only the curves that passes the ROI on the screen?
Previously I perform curve selection in Matlab, and visualize them in
Mayavi, but I would like to
select interactively in Mayavi.
To describe my problem more preciously:
- How to generate a 3D image ROI by mouse ?
- How to add a trigger button to re-run the fiber selection program?
Any hints to implement these ?
