Hi Greg, Looks like fedora have given you a broken Apache/Mod_perl.
Can you tell us what version you're using? I'm guessing its an early broken 1.99 or something horrid. You probably want to install your own mod_perl on redhat as they have yet to ship a mod_perl setup that wasn't broken horribly as soon as you try to use anything non-trivial.
