Hi Anton, I think the cyrillic text is being mangled by AsForm somewhere, possibly by HTML::Element - a good test would be to create an HTML::Element object using cyrillic text and see if that breaks it.
I'm afraid I haven't come accross this before and I'll have to look do a bunch of tests to find the problem. Thanks for bringing it up.
