Sorry to report, but 12.3.0.07 includes a bug, which seems to affect a few
customers, so we'll make a 12.3.0.08 to fix it very soon.
The mutex locking is a bit messed up from a change we made for a customer in
the last weeks.
New version and a blog post will certainly follow soon.
