here you could pass path directly:

if you use db.Option(SQLConnectionMBS.kOptionLibraryDB2) = 
C:\PROGRA~2\IBM\SQLLIB\BIN\DB2CLI.DLL"

and here use your db2 connection string. It may be more in a format like this:

"Server=myAddress:myPortNumber;Database=myDataBase;UID=myUsername;PWD=myPassword;"
