Well, the thing is about reading a PDF and writing it. There is no direct 
change.
If you want to change metadata, you read old values from old PDF, create a new 
PDF with new/modified values and copy the pages.

PDFKit may be better than CoreGraphics for some things as it is on a higher 
abstraction layer.

With DynaPDF you can simply use ImportPDFFile to import a whole file, set a new 
meta data and save it. This would just change the one metadata item.
